EATING OUT, FROME STYLE
Black Swan Café
Perfectly placed in the heart of Frome’s art centre, Black Swan Arts, the Black Swan Café is run by a true foodie. Karina and her team create fresh, vibrant food that excites your tastebuds, with vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes such as salad bowls, falafel and cauliflower tacos, and fresh meat dishes including the amazing chicken burger. The café also serves brilliant breakfasts, as well as a tempting selection of cakes (including gluten-free or vegan) and coffee from local company Girls Who Grind. The large sunny courtyard garden is perfect for al fresco lunches. Make sure you visit the latest exhibition in the Long Gallery and Round Tower while you are there.
Eight Stony Street
Previously named Stony Street House, Eight Stony Street is an independent wine shop, wine bar and restaurant, located in one of Frome’s most iconic buildings. It has a list of over 350 unique wines from independent producers around the world, and dedicated staff to deliver warm and professional service.
